We are a collective company of loan officers, not a “top down” structure where the LO is doing the majority of the work while paying 8-10 people above them.

Compensation
We show you the full company margin on every lock, every CD, and every LE.
There are no deductions for credit, LOS, processing, underwriting, etc.
All employees are W2, we do not 1099.
There is no per file fee.
We have a quarterly call with anyone that would like to join where we go over how the full margin the company keeps is used and re-invested back into you all.
Transparency is a core belief here.
