Introduction
Welcome to Portal by Grow Mortgage (“App”). The App is provided by Grow Mortgage, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is intended for use by employees and internal users of Grow Mortgage (“Users”, “you”, “your”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
1.1 Eligibility: The App is intended solely for use by employees and authorized internal users of Grow Mortgage. Unauthorized use of the App is strictly prohibited.
1.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.1 Ownership: The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Grow Mortgage, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
2.2 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the App for internal business purposes.
3. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs the processing of all personal data collected from you in connection with your use of the App. By using the App, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
4.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. Grow Mortgage makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included in the App.
4.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permissible by law, Grow Mortgage shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
6. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
